Ms. Rosenwald is a founding member of Glass House Brands Inc. and has served on its board of directors since 2016, where she currently serves as a member of the Product Expansion Committee. A licensed real estate broker in the State of California, Ms. Rosenwald has built a distinguished career spanning the acquisition, financing, and asset management of commercial real estate across the multifamily, industrial, and retail sectors. Over more than a decade, she has founded and led a range of successful investment enterprises across real estate and finance, including as a Managing Director of Beach Front Properties LLC, a private investment firm that manages capital on behalf of high-net-worth individuals and institutional investors with over $1 billion in assets under management. She further serves as a member of the board of directors of Dalton Investments LLC, a global investment management firm with approximately $6 billion in assets under management. Ms. Rosenwald holds a BA from the University of Pennsylvania and an MBA from the Anderson School of Management at the University of California, Los Angeles.
